World Ozone Day 2019
Environmental Management & Policy Research Institute (EMPRI) ENVIS Centre and NGC Centre celebrated the World Ozone Day on 16 September 2017 as per the instructions from MoEF&CC. The World ozone day has been celebrated at Government High School Sarakki J P Nagar Bangalore. 600+ participants participated in the Programme. Dr Nagappa, Rtd. Sr. Scientific Officer and Mr. Kumaraswamy D R Rtd. Environmental Officer delivered talk on importance of ozone layer.
Drawing, Slogan Writing and Essay writing competitions on Ozone day theme were conducted to the students. Students have participated in the above competitions enthusiastically and have won the prizes. EMPRI distributed the prizes for the winners
